The couples had been cheating the customers by collecting a huge amount in advance for their personal business projects. The case was charged by the Gurugram police where they charged a case against the country head of Oracle India Pradeep Agarwal and his wife Meenu Agarwal under the section 406, section 420 and section 506 of the JPC and also sent them a notice to their residence regarding the case on 14 June 2021 in the millennium city.

Meenu Agarwal who is the wife of Pradeep Agarwal had owned an interior design company called MADS creation Pvt. Ltd in the Gurugram city. Meenu Agarwal had used to the goodwill of the Oracle company where her husband is said to have been working as the country head.
She had taken huge amounts in advance from her clients using the Goodwill of the company in and around Delhi. The clients have been alleged to have duped by the couple stating that they had paid a huge amount of money and the work that was done was of inferior quality.
In some cases, the complaints have been registered under the company for having vanished from the working sites without even completing the project leaving it in between.
The police officials also added that the couple has threatened the clients when they had asked to return their money. The couple has threatened them in the name of murder charges and sexual harassment.

Oracle has conveyed that they have no connection with Pradeep Agarwal and added that they have zero involvement in the matter. They clarified that Pradeep Agarwal is not the Country head of the company and it was found that he was just a senior sales director, Cloud ERP in Oracle.
According to the LinkedIn profile of Pradeep Agarwal, he has been working with Oracle for 3 years and 10 months and his profile also conveys that he had worked with Google India. It is stated that Pradeep Agarwal has territorial responsibilities of the West and North region.

They conveyed that the MADS creation was started behind the plan of Pradeep Agarwal and added that both Pradeep Agarwal and his wife Meenu Agarwal have equally been a part in exploiting the Goodwill and the reputation of the global company Oracle India. The Police Officials added that the couple exploited the Goodwill in order to trap the clients for their interior design projects.
