Kabeer was born in 1984. His father died while Kabeer was only 19 years old. His father left a considerable wealth for him, which allowed him to experiment with various ideas and take risks without thinking of choosing a safe route. He later worked for Videocon Telecommunications Limited in the New Product Development area. He worked there for almost three months, from October 2010 to December 2010.
Kabeer then worked for Y2CF Digital Media Private Limited in the Product area. He worked there for three years, from January 2011 to December 2013. He founded a company called Hoppr, which was acquired by Hike in 2014. He has gained enough experience till then and thus established his local delivery set up, Dunzo in January 2015.
