Table & Chair
Even while working from home, you need to be in the right posture. Although you have all the freedom to work in the comfort of your home, it is strongly recommended that you opt for a table and chair instead. This will exhibit productivity in your work. Get an ergonomically designed adjustable chair, in which you can adjust the height, tilt adjust, and set the wheelbase for your comfort during the work. If you don’t want to buy it, just go ahead and rent it from any online store or a renting app.
Use Proper Desktop Or Laptop
When you are working as a blogger or a freelancer, you have the freedom to choose a desktop or laptop according to your needs. Depending on your needs, if you think you are more indulged in travelling then opt for a Laptop, but if you are working from home then opt for a desktop computer. My favourite choice is 16” MacBook, as it provides power for video editing, and also is lightweight. Further, it depends on you that which company you prefer when it comes to choosing the laptop or desktop, we still recommend iMac for the perfect use.
Get a Blazing Fast Internet Connection
You are already done with most of the setup, except one small but quintessential thing that is crucial in connecting you to the world of the internet – Your Internet Connection. You need an internet connection with reliable speed and proper connectivity.
Get the services from a reputed and trusted ISP provider, for sufficient work the speed should be more than 50MBPS. In your journey, you would be getting on a Zoom/Skype call with possible clients, vendors and the last thing you want is a choppy internet.
As power disconnection is pretty standard in India, a portable Wi-Fi router like Resonate could be a real embarrassment savior. Your mobile hotspot connection could always work as a backup internet provider, so make sure you know how to use your phone as a Wi-Fi hotspot.
Effective Environment
You must create your office environment free from disturbance. Try to avoid all the typical disrupting elements like children, TV, Xbox, friends, neighbors, and other entities away from your workroom. Select a room in your house tat has minimum interference or make it as soundproof as you could.
Have a relaxed and calm environment in your room with proper ventilation. And yeah, don’t forget the power backup, in case there is an electricity outage.

A retouch to your room to make it a good-looking and appealing one. After all, your workspace also needs to look presentable on your YouTube videos, Client calls.

Don’t forget to add your personality to your home office; it’s all yours. Make yourself comfortable completely, and you will see the difference in the productivity of your work.
You may also invest in creating a Zen aura in a room that can increase your productivity multifold. For this, you can give a touch of light color to your walls, so it gets easy on your eyes during the work. Have some greenery indoor to freshen your mood and some art that can don’t just add to your home office setup but keep inspiring you as well. You can also add some incandescent lights to give the room a more “natural” feel.
