The National Health Authority’s (NHA) Ayushman Bharat Start-up Grand Challenge is hosting its semi-finals from July 14 to 16 to shortlist 21 to 28 startups. The challenge had received over 320 entries for healthtech startups developing solutions to fight Covid-19. These solutions can include medical devices, digital health, health communications, hospital services, and hospital management, medical workforce training and capacity building.
The National Health Authority was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, last year. The Ayushman Bharat Start-up Grand Challenge aims to identify, recognise and reward the best health-tech startups and to adopt them to solve some identified implementation challenges with Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY), as well as help, streamline the best innovations into the Indian health system.

Reliance’s 43rd Annual General Meet
Reliance Industries is holding its 43rd annual general meeting (AGM), on July 15, virtually due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The conference would be telecasted through both video conferencing and audio-visual means. The company, in Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) filing, has assured that the event will be in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities Board of India.
Previous annual general meetings hosted by Reliance have seen nearly 3,000 shareholders, but this one is expected to have a bigger turn out due to its reachability. Even Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) hosted their annual meeting virtually on June 11.

Virtual Fintech Festival by IAMAI
