In our vigorous everyday life, we tend to give the least preference to our physical fitness. Even if a person is successful in their career, family life, and other responsibilities, they might be forgetting this vital aspect of life. Our daily routine has become so filled with duties and commitments that we do not pay enough attention to what our bodies are telling us. More than often, our bodies are running on reserve. Junk food, lack of exercise and poor diet is the reason behind all lifestyle diseases. Furthermore, we pay no attention to most of our health problems. Even when you get sick, you might refuse to visit a doctor or take medicine to treat it. Is your hectic schedule holding you back from taking proper care of your body? DocsApp has got you covered.
You no longer need to travel long hours or make expensive appointments to meet a doctor. DocsApp (1) is one of the best platforms in India where you can find and consult doctors online through chat or call.
It is the first of its type to be authorized by ISO. Anytime you need expert care for your health issues, DocsApp can bring professional doctors to you from any part of the country. Their mantra speaks for the company – #NoAppointment #NoTravel #NoWaiting. Now the assistance of the best doctors is available right at the tip of your fingers.
You can also buy medicines according to your prescription and get them delivered right to your doorstep. DocsApp also allows you to book lab tests that provide efficient and quick results. They ensure that all citizens of the country have access to the proper medical care for their well being. It is the best platform to find a second opinion on cases like cancer, arthritis, cardiac diseases, diabetes, etc. Other than medicines, you can order various products such as eBooks, health packages, etc. You can make use of the services of DocsApp through their website or mobile app.
The vision behind DocsApp
DocsApp was formed on the idea that most medical conditions do not need to be physically examined in order to diagnose it. According to the statistics, 72 percent of the medical issues are common illnesses and can be analyzed over a phone call or even a chat. This rate supports the idea of DocsApp since people can make use of such a platform without any concerns. They no longer have to travel long distances or wait in long queues to get their problems examined. DocsApp gives you an immediate response, and you can directly consult a certified doctor through chat or call.
The users can also send the doctors images of the affected part of the body or medical reports to receive an even more accurate diagnosis. You can pretty much see it as a social media platform where the doctors and patients can interact from two different parts of the country. DocsApp aims to help people from both Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities. The residents of a Tier 1 section usually have a very brisk life which halts them from taking care of their health issues. They cannot afford to wait long hours to consult a doctor; therefore, DocsApp can truly be of help to them.
On the other hand, people from Tier 2 towns do not have access to proper medical care. Even when the Internet has influenced the lives of people all over the country, there remains a massive gap between them and high-quality healthcare. DocsApp hopes to uplift them by bringing them all sorts of services including consultation, medicine delivery, and diagnostic tests carried out at home.
The Founders
Docs App was founded in 2014 by Satish Kannan and Enbasekar D, who are both graduates from IIT Chennai.
